Sir,Please include the following items of grievances of this association for informal meeting 1.Provision of night watchman at Pattabhipuram SO under Guntur Division. The post of contingent watchman belongs to Pattabhipuram butthe incumbent is being utilized at divisional office without proper reason. Pattabhipuram PO is located in prime location surrendered by wine shops and bars. There were incidents of theft of iron sheets and cycles and miscreasants entering office premises in the past. Kindly do the needful to provide watch and ward during nights at Pattabhipuram 2. Drawal of revised waged to Sri.M.Ananda Rao, waterboy cum gardener , Jangareddygudem HO despite of instructions by kind PMG, SP,Eluru declines to draw him any favor. Kindly instruct the concerned to do justice to him. 3.Revision of allowances of GDSMD/MC , Sriparru BO a/w Chataparru SO. Sri.G. Baddu, GDSMD/MC of Sriparru BO is attending delivery work which is overwhelming than MC work. If the delivery work is taken into consideration, he would get revised allowances The official seeking revision of allowances to next high scale, owing to increase in delivery work .Kindly revise the allowances of GDSMC/MD , Sriparru BO a/w Chataparru SO 4. Filling up of post of PRI(P),Eluru HO . Sir, PRI,Eluru ho has been filled with ineligible official and that too without calling for volunteers by SP,Eluru . Kindly intervene and cause to fill the post with eligible offical among volunteers. 5.Irregular deputation : The official Sri.N.Ramakrishna has been taken to work as Accountant , DO, . Sri.N.Rama krishna is a regular SPM ,Eluru Bazar C Class SO.keeping the post vacant. Sri.N.Ramakrishna has escaped his responsibility for 10 years by working in DO Eluru . After that he declined to work as accountant. When is taken to general line. Now because of some vested interests, a regular spm is taken on deputationto DO Eluru and official already working as accountant ,DO was asked to work in other branches. We request you to uphold that regular SPM cannot be taken on deputation to DO Eluru who is having not more than 2 years of remaining service. 6. Action against former PM,Eluru HO. Kindly expedite and cause to take suitable action against ex PM ,Eluru HO. Kindly taken action on compaint made by Circle Secretary of this assoication to enquire intoatrocious behaviour of ex PM,Eluru HO , Sri.M.Satyanarayana  | ||||||
